Reset and Recover your password

To reset your password, you must first know your Login name. It is not an email address with a website domain. It's a four digit extension followed by an @ symbol, followed by your telephone domain name (not a website domain name).

Find your Login Name if you forgot

To reset your password, do the following:

1. Go to https://core1-phx.peerlogic.com/portal/
2. Click Forgot Password
3. Fill in your Login Name. If you don't remember it, click "Forgot Login Name".
4. Fill in your Login name and your recovery email will be sent to you.
5. Hit Send button
6. Look for an email from noreply@peerlogic.com with the subject "Your password recovery." You must complete the reset password from your email within 3 hours of receiving this email or you must restart the process from the beginning.
7. Click Reset Password button.
8. If you see the following red notification, you waited after 3 hours to click the button in the recovery email. Start at step 1.
9. If you see the following page, enter in the new password. Make sure to save it in a safe place, like a password manager.
10. Hit the Save button.
11. You are all set!
