Find your Username or Login Name if you forgot

A Username or Login Name is based on the extension and domain to your account belongs to. 

If you forgot your Login Name, follow the steps below:

1. Go to the portal: https://core1-phx.peerlogic.com/portal/login

2. Click on Forgot Login Name

3. In the new screen, type the email you have associated with your account. If you know the extension number, please write it down.

4. You will receive an email with the Login Name you requested
