If you are an Office Manager or a Call Center Supervisor, the Call Center tab allows you to see the agent availability based on the color. On the right bottom side of your screen, you will see a section with the agents available, on a call or offline.
The color-coded status can be:
- Green: available
- Gray: offline
- Red: on a call
You can see the agents' availability using filters like: Last name, Online, Extension, or First Name. Click on "Last Name" to change the filter.
