As an agent of a call queue, you will find on your right side your status.
You can modify your status by clicking on the white arrow in the "ONLINE" button. There is four status:
- Go offline
- Single-Call mode
- Lunch
- Break
- Meeting
- Other
- Web
Based on the option you select, your availability on the call queue will change from "ONLINE" to "OFFLINE" or vice-versa.
