Learn how to transfer calls using a call park!

If you would like to perform a transfer, but notify the person you are transferring to, call parks allow you to do so with ease! By placing the caller on a call park, you are able to notify the recipient and they are able to pick up the call directly from the line when they are ready, rather than waiting on the call being pushed through. 

Steps:

1. Select the button labeled “Hold 1” or “Hold 2” on the buttons available on the right-hand side (there may be more than 2 available depending on configuration) 

2. Once the call is placed on the park, dial the number of the recipient and inform them of which line the call is placed on. 

3. The recipient will pick the call up off of the call park by selecting the same button it was placed on and continuing the call!
