How To Install Aida

Aida is Peerlogic’s desktop application, and it includes many of the key features found in the browser-based Peerlogic Insights application, including missed calls, opportunities, and outstanding revenue.

If your office uses Peerlogic Voice, Aida also offers Call Pop, a pop-up notification on your desktop that displays patient information at a glance for incoming calls. Lastly, Aida gives you easy access to the call and discussion history for any of your patients, displaying call summaries and all of the associated insights from those calls.


1. Point your browser to and download the right file for your computer. If you are a Mac user, Macs with “M” series chips (most new Macs) use the ARM64 file. Macs with “x” series chips (from Intel) use the X86 file.

2. Once you click on a download button, the download will begin. Once the download is complete, open the downloaded file to begin the installation.

3. After the install completes, Aida will open automatically. Sign in to Aida using your Peerlogic Insights login.

Please note: Your Insights login is different than your Peerlogic Voice login. Your Insights login is likely to be your email address rather than your phone extension.

4. Once you are logged in, Aida is running. If you are a member of multiple practices, you can switch practices in the “Settings” section of the app (accessed through the gear icon at the upper right).
