How To Reset Username and Password

Username and passwords are able to be reset in a few places when trying to login to your Peerlogic Voice domain. Below are the steps to resetting your own password, to reset another users password please see How To Send a Welcome Email .

Steps:

For Lost Login Name:

1. Navigate to https://hi.peerlogic.com/portal/

2. Below, select “Forgot Login Name”

3. Enter your email and check your email.

4. You should receive an email with your login credentials!

For Lost Password:

1. Navigate to https://hi.peerlogic.com/portal/

2. Select “Forgot Password”

3. Enter your login name where prompted.

4. Check your email for a link to reset your password.

5. Select “Reset Password”

6. Create and confirm your new password.

A: We suggest using a password you have either written down or is memorable for you.

Q: How long do I have to reset my username or password after the email is sent?

A: The link will expire 3 hours after it was sent, but there is not limit to how many you can send.
