A quick breakdown of how to test Responsive Outreach using the Test SMS Button!

1. Select the “Settings” icon.

2. Select “Practice Settings.”

3. Select “Patient Outreach”.

 4. Select “Test SMS”.

 5. Enter the phone number you would like to receive the test message.

 6. Select the “Send Test” button and wait to confirm your message was received.
