How to Access Peerlogic Webapp
The Peerlogic Webapp acts as a softphone that you can access from any device. This allows you to make inbound and outbound calls from the practice’s number and increases overall flexibility!
Steps:
1. Begin by logging in with your Peerlogic Voice credentials
2. Navigate to the top right-hand corner of the screen where it says “Apps”
3. From the drop-down menu, select “Webapp”
4. The Webapp will launch and ask for permission to use the microphone, allow this permission
5. When prompted if you would like to receive inbound calls select “Yes”
6. Your Webapp will begin receiving calls!
