How To Change Voicemail Pins
Voicemail pins are four digit pins that allow you to access messages in your voicemail box. As a basic user you are able to change your own voicemail pin, while as an office manager level user, you are able to change the voicemail pin for yourself, call queues, and other users. Below are the steps to change your voicemail box for yourself as well as for other users.
Steps:
Changing Your Own Pin:
1. Log in to your domain using your Peerlogic Voice credentials.
2. Navigate to the drop down menu in the top right corner next to your user extension.
3. Select “Profile” and it will open you to a “Profile” tab.
4. From here, scroll all the way down to the bottom under the “Change Voicemail Pin” section.
5. Enter your new voicemail pin (we recommend making it the same as the extension number)
6. Select save at the bottom and your changes will be saved!
Changing Other User’s Pins:
1. Log in with your Office Manager Peerlogic Voice credentials.
2. Navigate to the “Users” tab.
3. Select the user or call queue you wish to edit.
4. A “Profile” page will open.
5. Scroll down to the bottom of the page to the “Change Voicemail Pin” section.
6. Enter your new voicemail pin (We recommend using the same as the extension for both users and call queues)
7. Select save and your changes will be saved!
